BL-003  Baby Boy Umbrella (Rental fee $35.00 + $50.00  refundable deposit.  Total needed to rent umbrella is $85.00)

 

BL-004  Baby Girl Umbrella (Rental fee $35.00 + $50.00 refundable deposit.  Total needed to rent umbrella is $85.00)

 

WL-005  Small Wedding Umbrella (Rental fee $35.00 + $50.00 refundable deposit.  Total needed to rent umbrella is $85.00)

 

WL-006  Large Wedding Umbrella (Rental fee $45.00 + $60.00 refundable deposit.  Total needed to rent umbrella is $105.00)  Due to size constraints, this piece cannot be shipped.  It is available for local rental only.

 

WL-007  Wishing Well (Rental fee $60.00 + $120.00 refundable deposit.  Total needed to rent wishing well is $180.00)

Please read the conditions of our rental policy carefully.  If you have any questions, please contact us about them before booking your piece(s).  Your typed signature is required on order form to agree to rental terms and conditions.

 

Rental Policy

All rented items must be booked well in advance to allow for delivery times and availability.  We request at least 30 days from the actual date of the occasion for reserving rental items.  You may call us at any time, but the earlier you call, the better the chances are for availability.  There may be occasions when stock is completely rented during your event.  We do apologize for this inconvenience, but there will be times when high demands on duplicate dates will occur.  This is another reason why we request advance notice for booking of rental items.  This will allow time for other arrangements to be made.

 

All rented items require the rental fee and refundable deposit to be paid in full before shipment or local delivery is made.

 

All deposits will be refunded only if rental items are returned to us in original condition, packaged back in all of its original packing materials and securely placed back in the original shipping box.  You must include the original invoice or packing slip.  Please make sure all boxes are returned securely closed.  If rented items do not meet these requirements, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

As soon as we receive the rented item(s) in its original shipping condition without damage or defect, we will refund your total rental deposit.  If payment was made using a credit card, a refund may take 1-2 billing cycles before it shows on your account.  If payment was made with a check or money order, your deposit will be issued within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

All rental items will be returned at your expense and must be sent back with appropriate package value insurance.  The amount of insurance will be determined by UPS and is calculated using the value of the returned item.  This will ensure, should the rental item be returned to us damaged, you would receive your refund from UPS themselves.  There will be no refund if insurance was not taken on the package and items were returned damaged to us. 

 

Please make sure all needed information is on the outside of your package. Your name and complete mailing address and the following full complete address must be on the outside of package for your return to be processed accurately. Once you have repackaged the item(s) as stated bring it to your nearest UPS store for shipping or you may call UPS for pick-up of package at 1-800-742-5877.

Rented items must be shipped back to us on the Monday following your event to allow for shipping time and equal availability to others already scheduled.  Extensions on rental time may be made in advance to ensure that items are not already rented to other clientele.  A late fee of $35.00 may apply to late returns and will be deducted from your rental deposit prior to any refund being returned.

 

Local Delivery Rental Items

All rented items require the rental fee and deposit to be paid in full before local delivery is made.

 

If payment was made using a credit card, a refund may take 1-2 billing cycles before it shows on your account.  If payment was made with a check or money order, your deposit will be issued within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  All rental items will be picked up at the conclusion of your event.  The pick-up time will be scheduled prior to local delivery of piece.  A late fee of $35.00 may apply to late returns and will be deducted from your rental deposit prior to any refund being returned.
